We had a wonderful fun irregulare Sunday Low-Tide Nooner Run/Walk (mostly run), with Maya, Bernard, Adrian (no not that Adrian), Don, and myself (Barefoot Ken Bob).
- 2 miles out and 2 miles back (or shorter if you turn around early)
- 1 hour (more or less)
