If any of these are not true for you right now, thenplay with how you are running until it is more comfortable, easy, and joyful.

Ken Bob's soles after walking barefoot on Blue Glass
Story
Another fun run of about 5 leisurely miles, romping through the Bolsa Chica Wildlife Refuge, and bird watching, combined with some Blue Grass music… er I mean Blue Glass mess on the trail. But, gee, unlike the fear mongers’ threats, my feet don’t look anything like hamburger. In fact, not a scratch on them, except the one from Aqua, our cat, who routinely hides under our bed, and attacks our feet before we go to bed at night.
David joined me for this morning’s run, David is the fellow in red shorts on the front cover of Barefoot Running Step by Step.

So this is where all that trash we throw out our car windows goes… flood channel draining into Bolsa Chica Wetlands and Pacific Ocean … maybe we shouldn’t be doing that?
