Barefoot Running Step by Step (2011)

Always Remember…

  1. Running Barefoot should be comfortable (on almost any terrain)
  2. Running Barefoot should be easy
  3. Running Barefoot should be FUN!
If any of these are not true for you right now, then play with how you are running until it is more comfortable, easy, and joyful.

Summary

My friend Jeffrey Ferris (proprietor of Ferris Wheels Bike Shop in Jamaica Plain MA) came out to visit his family in San Diego and run the Ride and Stride race. Jeffrey Ferris got his friend Jeff Brummit to put me up in his home for the weekend, and we ran barefoot through Balboa Park, bicycled on Coronado Island, and even ran barefoot in the Ride and Stride race on the beach.
