Barefoot Running Step by Step (2011)

Always Remember…

  1. Running Barefoot should be comfortable (on almost any terrain)
  2. Running Barefoot should be easy
  3. Running Barefoot should be FUN!
If any of these are not true for you right now, then play with how you are running until it is more comfortable, easy, and joyful.

  • Hi,

I live in San Diego and am just starting to get into barefoot running. I’m a “barefoot” type of guy all the time but always thought running that way was too injurious.

I would love to meet and run with other men and women who enjoy barefoot running. Plain and simple, I’m looking for others into it as right now I’m the only perons I know who does it. I have an office for work a block from Balboa Park so find that running barefoot there is great. But I’m able to go anywhere in the county, like a beach or bike path.

Please give me a heads up or contact to any person or group who likes to run barefoot. I sure do.
