Story

One cat showed up, I thought to run barefoot… but seemed more interested in rolling on the ground in the sunlight.

Couple of people, Aurora and Verity, showed up early for a little Barefoot Running tips. Barefoot Michae also happened to be in town, and helped out. Then we went for a couple mile run in the Bolsa Chica Nature Preserve.

Afterwards Michae and I went to Bowl of Heaven for some treats.
