Barefoot Running Step by Step (2011)

Always Remember…

  1. Running Barefoot should be comfortable (on almost any terrain)
  2. Running Barefoot should be easy
  3. Running Barefoot should be FUN!
If any of these are not true for you right now, then play with how you are running until it is more comfortable, easy, and joyful.

Lily Zepeda, a tv host/journalist is interested in an interview with any of the local Los Angeles barefoot runners. (she is also the USATF road running vice chair in So-Cal). Both running and reporting on very unique stories has always been a passion of hers, so she is hoping to include a short piece in her new hosting reel on barefoot running. She will only need 30min-1hr of a runners time (preferably someone who has been running barefoot for 5-10 years or more.
