Barefoot Running Step by Step (2011)

Always Remember…

  1. Running Barefoot should be comfortable (on almost any terrain)
  2. Running Barefoot should be easy
  3. Running Barefoot should be FUN!
If any of these are not true for you right now, then play with how you are running until it is more comfortable, easy, and joyful.

Summary

From Seattle I headed to Portland with Margaret who was on her way back to Southern California.

Story

Got stuck in traffic on the way from Seattle to Portland so we checked out a home with some interesting sculptures.

Ran the Beat the Burnside 8K with good friend, KatyBeth.

Ran through some trails in Forest Park.

Stood and sat in front of some huge trees.

Played with dogs.
