    It was really nice to hear him focus more on form than footwear. But, should have worn skorarunning.com’s shoes, would not have looked so silly ;)

  • Woohoo! More truth to this whole “form while running” thing.

    As a previous full-time Vibram five finger guy, I can attest to how well it forces you to use proper running form. While I don’t wear or run in them full time anymore, they are an invaluable part of my training regimen.
