Always Remember…
- Running Barefoot should be comfortable (on almost any terrain)
- Running Barefoot should be easy
- Running Barefoot should be FUN!
If any of these are not true for you right now, thenplay with how you are running until it is more comfortable, easy, and joyful.

 Surf City Beach Derby
When
This was a lot of fun running 10 miles on Pacific Coast Highway, a beautiful morning.. then it started raining, which wouldn’t have been too bad, except it was a really cold rain. So I wimped on on the beach obstacle course. 10 miles was enough for the day anyway.
