Always Remember…
- Running Barefoot should be comfortable (on almost any terrain)
- Running Barefoot should be easy
- Running Barefoot should be FUN!
If any of these are not true for you right now, thenplay with how you are running until it is more comfortable, easy, and joyful.

When When to Run Barefoot
It’s nice to be comfortable, but sometimes in our modern climate-controlled society, we get too used to being too comfortable all the time. So that we actually find even the most minor variations in temperature, humidity, precipitation, etc., annoying and even debilitating!
While running barefoot IS about discovering the most comfortable ways to run barefoot, while you are running barefoot, so that we can become more efficient, gentler, and graceful runners, it isn’t about avoiding any variation in weather, terrain, etc..
Excuses are fine… but don’t let them stop you from having fun.
