On March 5th, 2015, I will set out to cross the United States on foot from Los Angeles, CA to New York City, NY, along a route of between 2,900 – 3,200 miles. My time goal is 116 – 160 days.
For the past two years, I’ve developed a unique nomadic lifestyle. I will apply that experience in this crossing by running “unsupported” (which does not mean I will not have help along the way). Additionally, I will walk and run barefoot, and will not use any motorized vehicles, seek or accept rides for any reason.
