2024 Sep 27 Barefoot Camino Day 14 – Ken Bob Hangs out at the Mesa de Pedra

Pontecesures, Spain

Mesa de Pedra (Stone Table, medieval tavern) an interesting place, a stone-cutter’s shop serving as a cafe/tavern. Requires a donation for Camino Stamp. Some may not enjoy the, let’s call it “rustic” workshop. Others, who have worked for a living, and understand everything here, the paths the Camino pilgrims travel on, the roads, the buildings, the cathedrals, all built by stone workers, might enjoy the place, and the stories the owner shares.
