This Funshop was fantastic! We learned how to open up and listen to our feet. I’ve been barefooting since on the trails near our house. On almost every one of my mile-long runs I remember a clue, tip, or approach that Ken Bob pointed out, usually something that I hadn’t realized he’d even said. He just does that way: no lecturing, no gimmicks, and it all makes sense. He’s a natural. What a pleasure to experience! The knowledge just keeps on giving…
