Yesterday, along with our regular scheduled run, Jeroen (visiting from the Netherlands) and I discussed, demonstrated, and practiced the art of running forward … basically, the idea is to focus less on TRYING to run, and more on moving forward. So many people have so many different concepts of how they should be running, that they get very frustrated when putting those concepts into practice, and how hard “running” is, and how little forward progress they make.
