Introduction
Once again, weather permitting (ie: depending on whether or not I like the weather), The BarefootRunning.com canopy will be at Surf City Marathon near Sea Legs Restaurant (Mile 20-21?). We will bring refreshments and barefoot music to share, and be shooting (with cameras) barefoot (if you’re wearing shoes, take them off for a photo) and other interesting runners, as well as cute dogs and other animals. All worthy photos will be available for free download by the athletes, family, friends, etc..

We are not officially affiliated with the Surf City Marathon. If you want to volunteer to help us out at the BarefootRunning.com canopy, just show up! Of course you could also contact us to let us know if you will be showing up (but if you don’t, we won’t be disappointed if you do not show up)

On the Huntington Beach Bike Trail on the sand across from Sea Legs at the Beach (Just south of Warner and Pacific Coast Highway)

With all the rain we’re having, and expecting over the next several days. I won’t be setting up the canopy at the Surf City Marathon tomorrow. We’ll probably walk down and watch and cheer (between rain squalls).
