Barefoot Ken Bob Saxton is a pioneer of the modern barefoot running movement. During the past 50 years, Ken Bob has been solely (pun intended) running and racing barefoot—including finishing scores of marathons and one ultra-marathon. Ken Bob is the co-author (with Roy Wallack) of Barefoot Running Step by Step (2011). He educates thousands of new barefoot runners world-wide in his popular clinics/workshops and through his excellent website at BarefootRunning.com.
